What’s next at BPV · In development

Keep learning.
Keep growing.

We’re developing ways for individuals and teams to keep learning through subscriptions, guided practice and conversations with others doing the work.

Learning as your responsibilities grow

Make room for the next step.

You can use the guided practice exercises now and explore current training and coaching. The services below are the next steps we are developing.

We’re exploring how a membership could bring lessons, practical exercises and continuing support into a manageable learning routine. The aim is to connect what you learn with the decisions you make at work.

Help shape what comes next

What would make continued learning useful to you?

Tell me what you want to learn, where you or your team get stuck, and what kind of support would help you apply the learning.

Share what you need

The format, features, pricing and launch timing are still being developed. This is an invitation to share your interest and ideas.

Planned pilot · AI-supported learning

BPV Academy Coach

Understand the why. Practice the work. Take your next step.

A Cx learning copilot, built around BPV’s teaching. We’re developing a way to keep the questions, explanations and practice going between sessions. The proposed pilot starts with the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), Basis of Design (BOD) and Cx Plan.

  1. Understand it. Ask a question at your starting level. Explore an explanation linked to the reviewed source and its edition.
  2. Work through it. Attempt a scenario, explain your reasoning and receive feedback. Ask for a hint, a simpler analogy or a more demanding problem.
  3. Find the next step. See what you demonstrated, what remains uncertain and what to practice or bring to a mentor.

For example: the owner needs a room to remain usable during a power outage. What belongs in the OPR? How should the BOD explain the design response? How will the Cx Plan organize the verification? Follow that one requirement before moving to the next.

How it would improve: learner questions and reported gaps would help us choose the next lesson. New material and revised answers would be reviewed before entering the source collection. The goal is useful, current teaching with a clear record of changes.

The proposed coach would support learning and show where its answers come from. It would identify uncertainty and direct unresolved technical questions to an appropriate person. It would not certify competence, authorize field work or replace a human readiness review.

In development: the conversational AI coach, saved learner progress and paid membership are not available yet. Scope, features, pricing and launch timing are still being developed.

Planned · A BPV learning community

Keep learning from each other.

Your question may be the one someone else needed to ask. Your experience may help another person see a problem differently. We want BPV to become one place where you can find training, clear explanations, experienced mentors and people to keep learning with.

The student-practitioner conversations Marcus supports through Cx Devils show why this matters: people learn from one another’s questions and experience. We’re planning a separate BPV Academy community to bring that kind of exchange into continuing professional learning.

Ask the question.

A planned moderated forum would give learners and practitioners room to discuss a concept, compare their reasoning and work through what they still need to understand.

Hear how others think.

We’re planning conversations and podcasts with industry leaders and practitioners about decisions, lessons learned and the questions that keep them learning.

Bring your experience.

The community would make room for learner questions and experiences, from a first “now I get it” moment to a lesson earned over years in the field. You would be able to learn from others and contribute what you know.

Help choose the next topic.

What needs a clearer explanation? Who would you like to hear from? Tell Marcus what would make a lesson or conversation useful to you. Your suggestions can help shape what BPV develops next.

Suggest a topic or conversation

In development: the community forum, podcast series and member accounts are not available yet. Formats and launch timing are still being developed. You can suggest a topic now through the contact page, which prepares an email for you to review and send.

Expanding the practitioner network

More perspectives. Deeper expertise.

We’re building BPV to bring together experienced industry practitioners and expand specialty training for individuals and organizations. The goal is to match your learning needs with relevant expertise, practical examples and guidance you can apply.

BPV Verified

A working name for a written record of readiness for a specific responsibility: what Marcus reviewed, what the person demonstrated and where further development or support is needed. The format is in development; formal certification may be a separate future step.
